Commission
The Outside Agent (OSA) Plan is for the travel advisor who wants to work independently with our boutique host agency in the areas of a niche travel market such as destination weddings and honeymoons, adventure travel, corporate meetings and incentives, and other. You can work under any of our brands or your own. As a boutique host agency, you are not a number. This is a place where you matter.
For this plan you must:
- Have experience as a travel advisor or be new as a travel advisor
- Be TICO certified (we can assist with this if required)
- Book a minimum $ 10,000 of total commission per year
- Complete our exclusive OSA training program

SUPERIOR GROUP BOOKING TECHNOLOGY: When we couldn’t find the technology that could link a complimentary wedding website with the automation of a travel group booking engine, we created it ourselves! “My Travel Posse” has been designed and engineered for the destination wedding group travel market and we the exclusive rights and ownership to it. This phenomenal cloud-base program fully automates all group travel booking processes including the online booking, invoicing, tour operator correspondence, creating group manifests and rooming lists, balance sheet reconciliations and more, leaving you more time to sell more groups and better serve your customers.
QUALIFIED LEADS: Although we want you to build and establish your own client base, we can also enhance your success by providing you with qualified destination wedding, honeymoon and romance travel leads not found anywhere else in the industry.
TRAINING PROGRAM: Our exclusive and comprehensive Destination Wedding and Honeymoon Travel training program is the best in the industry! We train you on niche marketing, travel product, policies/procedures, sales, customer service and technology through webinars, global conferences, seminars, FAM-trips, in-house training and more. The Romantic Planning training model is designed to take you to full-serviced, expert and leader in the destination wedding and travel industry.
COMMISSION STRUCTURE:
Under the Outside Agent plan, we provide you with the following commission;
TIERS REVENUE COMMISSION
TIER 1 - $10,000 - $24,999 65%
TIER 2 - $25,000 - $49,999 70%
TIER 3 - $50,000 - $74,999 75%
TIER 4 - $75,000 - $99,999 80%
TIER 5 - $100,000+ 85%
*Of the total commission earned from our travel suppliers.
